Services

CHF organises a range of activities regularly to help the local Hindu community to practise their religion.

CHF poojas are conducted in the traditional manner by a qualified priest. Veneration of deities takes place in accordance with the Hindu Calendar and is diverse, inclusive, pluralistic and accommodative of various Hindu customs followed across the world.

Regular Poojas

CHF monthly poojas are conducted on the second Saturday of every month led by a qualified priest. The veneration of deities takes place in accordance with the Hindu Calendar and is diverse and inclusive of various Hindu customs followed across the world. Register here to join the next pooja.

Special Events

Maha Poojas are conducted every 3 months to coincide with major Hindu Festivals. They are celebrated with a lot of grandeur and include children's performances such as skits, talks, presentations and dance depicting teachings from the Vedas and Hindu epics. See our upcoming events here.

Vedic Classes

CHF’s Vedic Heritage Group conducts Vedic Classes for children and young adults prior to Poojas. Delivered by dedicated teachers, the classes enable and empower the students with knowledge from the vedas, puranas and the epics Mahabharata and Ramayana. Classes for 2024 to be announced.

Newsletter

We regularly publish Dharma, CHF's in-house newsletter, with updates on our activities, articles on Hindu religion and culture and Vedic mathematics all contributed by our volunteers and devotess. Click on the link below to access selected editions of Dharma.
